Transvaginal ultrasound

Transvaginal  Ultrasound  evaluates the location of the embryo, number of embryos, size of the fetus to establish gestational age, probable date of delivery, position of the placenta, and the finding of major fetal or placental abnormalities.

Transabdominal ultrasound

The  Transabdominal Ultrasound  determines the measurements of the baby to assess fetal growth, general anatomy, amniotic fluid volume, position of the placenta and presentation of the baby. If you want to know the sex of the baby with certainty, it is recommended after the 20th week.

Third level ultrasound (anatomical detail)

The  Third level Ultrasound  evaluates the fetal anatomy in an extensive and detailed way to look for the possible appearance of malformations.

3D-4D ultrasound

The  3D-4D Ultrasound  facilitates the visualization in color, high definition and three dimensions of the parts of the baby's body. It allows you to observe in real time some of their gestures, such as yawning and smiling, as well as some physical features of the baby such as the face, feet, hands or genitals.

During the 4D ultrasound, the Specialist Physician captures the color photos and performs the basic measurements of the baby, such as: estimation of weight, height, location of the placenta, quantification of amniotic fluid volume and assessment of the fetal heart rate.  see more

Cervicometry

Cervicometry  is performed  to measure the total length of the cervix and determine if there is dilation.

Fetal Doppler ultrasound (placental doppler)

Fetal  Doppler Ultrasound  studies the circulation between the fetus and the mother to evaluate growth problems and hypertensive disorders.

4D ultrasound

4D ultrasound allows  the baby to be seen in three dimensions, with the additional component of movement in real time . It is ideally performed between the  24th and 32nd week  of pregnancy.

You can see some  physical features of the baby  such as the face, feet, hands or genitals. If the baby allows it, it is possible to see some facial gestures such as yawning, smiling, opening the eyes, among others.

During the 4D ultrasound, the Specialist Physician  captures the color photos and performs the basic measurements of the baby , such as: weight estimation, placenta location, amniotic fluid volume quantification and fetal heart rate assessment.

This is not an ultrasound to rule out malformations in the baby, although sometimes the Specialist Physician, after doing a complete examination, can find alterations that had not been seen in previous ultrasounds.

Our team, exclusive in the country, has the  latest HD-LIVE technology  to obtain high definition images.

In the 4D ultrasound we deliver a CD with the  video recording (without audio)  and approximately  12 key photographs  .

It is important to clarify that the images obtained in 4D ultrasounds also depend on many factors external to our institution. Sometimes the placenta is before the baby, the amniotic fluid is very little, or the baby is on its back, with its feet, hands, or umbilical cord on its face.
